We want you to be confident in your vision support. Nature Drops offers a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility & Hygiene Notice
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Safety Notice: Due to the nature of our product as a consumable dietary supplement, we strictly adhere to health and safety standards. For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with. If a returned item is found to be opened or used, Nature Drops reserves the right to refuse the refund.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, leaking, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
