Returns and refunds

Ninety days to decide

Use the patches. If they do not become part of your routine, email us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to explain yourself.

You do not have to post anything back

These are single-use adhesive patches. We do not want opened boxes returned, and we will not ask you to pay postage to send them. Tell us it did not work for you and we refund you. If you have unopened boxes you would rather not keep, what you do with them is your choice, not a condition of the refund.

How to start a refund

Email ThermaTech@wholebodycollective.info with your order number. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

When you get your money

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us approving them. Your bank or card issuer may take up to a further 10 business days to post it to your statement. That part is out of our hands.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If a box is damaged or you were sent the wrong thing, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. We cover that, and it is not limited to the 90-day window.

What we cannot refund

• Gift cards
• Requests made more than 90 days after delivery

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under consumer law, not instead of them. Nothing here removes a right you have where you live.
