Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Business Hours: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has headed out.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Nature Drops ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

Damages & Issues

Nature Drops is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Note: As stated in our Refund Policy, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
