Free on every order

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–7 days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can add time.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, any import duty or tax charged by your country is your responsibility. We cannot calculate these in advance because they depend on local rules.

If your parcel is late or lost

If tracking has not moved for 10 days, email ThermaTech@wholebodycollective.info with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Damaged on arrival

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it. You do not need to send it back.

Wrong address

We ship to the address given at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped. We cannot recover a parcel delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
