Herbal Heat Pain Relief Patch
Thirty seconds is enough to see how it sits.
If your worst ten minutes happen before you've stood up
You sit on the edge of the bed and wait for the knee to agree to the day. Then the stairs. Then getting up out of the chair. This is built for that hour.
Eight hours, one patch.
Below the kneecap, on clean dry skin. Nothing happens yet, and that is normal.
What you will actually feel
Not what it might do over months. What happens on the first day.

A gentle warming onset
A mild warmth becomes noticeable roughly 15 to 30 minutes after you put it on. It builds slowly rather than arriving all at once.

Warmth that stays
It holds for six hours or more. It is still doing the same thing at hour five as it was at hour one, because it is held against the joint rather than rubbed in.

It sits flat and bends with you
Fabric-backed, so it follows the knee through stairs and chairs without bunching, lifting or pressing.

Clean removal
Peel it back slowly with the skin held taut and it comes away without tearing. The area stays warm for a little while afterwards.
Everything else you've been given does something other than warm it.
This one lasts six hours, and you can sleep in it.
Four steps. The second is the one people get wrong.

Peel
Take off the backing film. Skin clean and dry — no lotion.

Place it below the kneecap
Placement matters more than people expect. Half an inch too low and you may not feel much.

Leave it six to twelve hours
Through a morning, a shift, or overnight. One patch per knee, per day.

Peel back slowly
Hold the skin taut in the opposite direction as you lift the edge.
A brace supports. A gel cools. This warms.

Things we are not going to tell you
Nothing you stick on your skin rebuilds a knee. If you have seen an ad saying a patch reverses the damage in your joint, be careful with the rest of what it is telling you.
- It will not rebuild cartilage.
- It will not get you off a waiting list.
- It will not work for everyone. Some people feel very little.
- It is not a reason to skip anything your doctor asked you to do.
What it does: it makes a stiff knee warmer and easier to move, for six hours at a time. If it does not, we would rather refund you than argue about it.
Answered plainly
Will it actually do anything? Nothing else has.
You will know on the first day, because you will either feel the warmth or you will not. It gets warm in about half an hour and stays warm for six hours or more — that is the part we can promise. Whether warmth is what your knee has been missing, only your knee can tell you. That is what the 90 days are for.
Will it stay on? Everything I have tried slides off.
It is a fabric-backed patch, not a thin sticker, and it is designed to stay put through a normal day — including under your pants and when you are warm. If it does not stay on for you, that is a refund.
Will it smell? I do not want my bed smelling of it.
No. This was the most common complaint about herbal patches, so it is the thing we fixed first. You can sleep in it and wear it under work clothes.
Where exactly do I put it?
Directly below the kneecap, on clean dry skin. Placement matters more than people expect — half an inch too low and you may not feel much.
How long do I leave it on?
Six to twelve hours. One patch per knee, per day. Plenty of people put one on before bed and take it off after breakfast.
Can I wear it overnight?
Yes — that is one of the main reasons to choose a patch over a brace. A brace is the one thing you are told to take off at night, and the night is when the joint goes cold and still.
Can I use it alongside what my doctor has given me?
It is not a reason to stop anything you have been asked to do. If you take medication, have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. And if your knee gives way, locks, or swells suddenly, that is a conversation with your doctor rather than a patch.
Is there wormwood in it?
Yes — wormwood is one of the warming herbal ingredients. The full ingredient list is printed on the box and on this page.
Who should not use it?
Do not put it on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, or over a rash. If you have sensitive skin or known plant allergies, try one patch on a small area first. Not for children.
How many boxes should I start with?
Most people start with three. You will feel the warmth on day one, but six weeks is roughly how long it takes to find out whether it becomes part of your morning.
What if it does not work for me?
Ninety days to decide. Call or email and we will refund you — and you do not need to mail the patches back.
When will it arrive?
Delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by location. Every order is tracked, and shipping is free on every order — no minimum, no threshold to reach.
Ninety days. Keep the patches.
If it is not doing anything for you, call or email and we will refund you — and you do not need to mail the patches back.
If you cannot get hold of us, that is our failing, not yours.

Cut for a knee. It does not only go on knees.
The shape is cut to sit around a kneecap, which is why it holds through stairs and chairs without bunching. The warmth itself does not care where you put it.

Knee
What it was cut for. The scoop sits under the kneecap and the patch bends with the joint.

Lower back
Flat and wide enough to sit either side of the spine, just above the waistband. Stays put under a shirt.

Shoulder
Over the top of the shoulder or the blade. The notch gives it somewhere to flex as the arm moves.

Elbow
Smaller joint, so most people trim it. It cuts cleanly with scissors and still sticks at the edges.
One thing worth saying plainly: it is 13cm by 10cm, so on an elbow or a wrist you will be trimming it. And it is the same patch either way — we are not going to sell you a separate box per joint.
What buyers actually said.
Every review here comes from someone who bought a box. We ask by email three weeks after it arrives — long enough to have an opinion worth reading.
