<p>Nothing renews. Nothing recurs. Your card is charged once, for the order you placed, and there is no standing arrangement to cancel later.</p>
<h3>Cancelling an order</h3>
<p>If you want to cancel an order before it ships, email <strong>ThermaTech@wholebodycollective.info</strong> with your order number as soon as you can. If it has not gone out, we will cancel and refund it in full.</p>
<p>If it has already shipped, our 90-day money-back guarantee covers you — email us and we will refund you. You do not need to send anything back.</p>
