Refunds

Ninety days from the day it arrives. Tell us it is not working for you and we will refund you — you do not need to post the patches back, and we are not going to ask you to prove anything.

If you cannot get hold of us, that is our failing and not yours. Try the form below and we will come back to you.

Where is my order?

Every order is tracked and you will have the number by email. Delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by where you are. If it has been longer than the window you were quoted, write to us and we will chase it.

Before you write to us about your knee

We can tell you how the patch works, where to place it, how long to leave it on and who should not use it. We cannot give medical advice.

If your knee is giving way, locking, or swelling suddenly, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist rather than to us. That is not us being unhelpful — it is genuinely the right order to do things in.
